Data processed on this website
The form collects your email address and message, as well as your name and organisation if you provide them. Documents cannot be attached to the form.
The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, including IP addresses and connection information.
Purposes and legal bases
Form information is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to requests.
Data needed for client relationships is processed to perform a contract or comply with applicable legal obligations. The form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Recipients and hosting
Data is intended for LEGATRA and the technical service providers needed to handle your enquiry. Forms are processed by Netlify. No data is sold to third parties.
Using Netlify may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. The provider’s arrangements and applicable safeguards are described in its data processing agreement.
Retention
Prospect data is retained for no more than three years after the last contact. Client data is retained during the contractual relationship and subsequently for the applicable statutory periods. Invoicing records are retained for ten years.
Messages and contact data are deleted when no longer needed for the stated purposes.
Cookies and third-party content
This website includes no advertising or audience analytics tools. It sets no application cookies and stores no preferences in your browser. Images, styles and scripts are hosted with the website.
External links are opened at your initiative. The privacy policies of the relevant websites apply when you visit them. The “Privacy” button displays information without storing a choice or triggering a tracker.
Security
LEGATRA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Website and form transmission uses HTTPS. Do not submit sensitive data through the form.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as processing activities and services evolve. Any introduction of trackers or new services must be accompanied by an update to the policy.
